I’m renting out my two room apartment from the end of October to the end of December/beginning of January as I am abroad. I am looking for a considerate non-smoker with no pets who will look after it while I am gone!
It’s a 2 room apartment – so with a separate bedroom and is on the top floor. The living and kitchen area are open plan. It will be furnished. It’s 50m2 and is in Aspudden which is a super cosy area. Bills included.
It’s a short walk to Vinterviken and Trekanten and there are some really nice restaurants and cafes here as well as an ICA so everything you need. Equally it’s one metro stop from Liljeholmen and a 15 min metro ride to T-centralen on the red line. The metro is a 3 min walk from my apartment.
I think it could be really good for someone who is looking for somewhere to stay while they look for a longer term let or is in Stockholm for a shorter period of time. If you’re interested please drop me a note and let me know a bit about yourself (why you are looking to move, what type of person you are etc). Unfortunately it is only available for a couple or single person to rent.
